I'm not saying I'm completely exempt but I'm talking about being my own boss. All I can say is find a career that gives you that opportunity.

Repentance.....what do you believe is the way to repent or neutralize bad karma

for Christians it’s confession, for Catholics it’s confessing to a priest, for Jews it’s Yom Kippur, restoring what you owe, gaining forgiveness, some go as far as taking 10 Jews to a dead persons grave and asking for forgiveness

there’s also karma in other lives and the afterlife....in Judaism it’s called Gehinnom a place you’re tortured but it cleans your sins...though it’s a mental thing, say you believe in Christian hell, then you’ll burn in hell or purgatory, if you’re Jewish you’ll maybe be beaten by angels and other horrible things or you’ll be forced to see all the bad things you did n feel shame

in another life...say you murdered someone, you will be murdered, or if you stole you’ll be robbed

Where there is personal karma it is usually necessary that the appropriate lessons have been learned and then resolution can be accelerated if application is made to the Lords of Karma

If it is group karma then the energy, like electricity, follows lines of least resistance and it is sometimes acceptable to apply to have the karma redirected within the group. Preconditions apply
